These classes have been so fun and have helped with my back problems and flexibility. It’s a great way to get some exercise in and do something for myself. And it is always a joy to be taught by Chantal.

I was not sure if online Pilates is for me but I realised it’s a great time for myself after the kids are in bed! Also, don’t fool yourself, even if you are at your computer screen, you can’t skip the routine, Chantal sees everything and she will make sure you do your class properly!

When I used to sit up straight it used to be really painful but now since I have been doing the classes it's so much better, and actually more of an effort to slouches than to sit up straight...if I am slouching her name just pops into my head.........Chantal! I like the way she talks through the exercises first, because sometimes as a participant you are sorta thinking, am I doing it right? I like how she gives the first stage, second stage, and you can stick to whatever stage suits you best, I think that is really good.
