Pilates
Pilates can seem like something unattainable that Ballet and super fit people do. This can leave you feeling a little bit apprehensive - eek! Come to my class and realise you can pop those concerns to the side, as we are all normal people, of different shapes and sizes, who want to learn more about our bodies, so we move a little freer, with comfort.
Exercises are taught in levels so that you can work to what's challenging, but achievable for you. Classes are taught with you in mind, so let me know your aches and stiffness areas, and any specific goals you have! Each week you will learn more about your body, and this will bring positive change. Most importantly lets have fun!
