Kettlebell
As I move into my 40's I am discovering that I was heading towards my menopause years and I knew nothing about it. I wanted to educate myself and ask such I went on a course to learn more about the menopause. One of things which is so important as you go into this stage of life is strength training, to keep the bones strong. I knew that if I needed this, then my clients needed this, and I wanted a way to bring this to my clients who come to halls, with minimal fuss. Kettlebell was the answer.

What to wear and bring?
A mat, comfy, breathable non-restrictive clothing, remember a bottle of water, and a towel to freshen up your brow.

Do I need to bring a kettlebell or will one be provided?
Kettlebell weight is very individual to the person, as such one should bring their own kettlebell to class. Choosing the right weight depends on the exercise one is doing and on your individual strength, fitness, and technique. Start with smaller weights (4 kg is great for a beginner) and perfect your technique before using heavier weight. If coming for a taster or a Beginners Course, then a kettlebell will be provided if requested if coming to an in person class, if doing a Zoom class then please do provide your own kettlebell.

How long does a kettlebell class last?
Approximately 30 mins

How do I get started?
Please note that FREE tasters are only for standard classes and courses are booked and paid for in full in advance of the course.
