Hi, I am Chantal and so many times in my life have I needed some clarity.  Someone to help support me through my health and wellbeing journey.  We all do know the basics of what we should be doing but somehow putting them into practise is tougher than we thought it would ever be.  I always wanted someone to be there and hold my hand as I walked through the process.  I have put together a package to help support you to decide, what you need to feel in control of your health and wellbeing and a path to get you there.

So, what would the coaching be like...

Coaching Sessions

Exploration - Taking time to just get a feel of what health and well being means to us as an individual. 

​

Goal Setting & Planning - Compiling a list of our goals, and picking one to begin work on.  Making an achievable plan, one with flexibility and realism.

​

Mindset - Healthy mind, healthy body, health body, health mind.  One feeds the other, so let's together delve into this space.

​

Tips & Tricks - Education is key in any journey, and we do not need to learn the hard way, others have come before us, so let's learn the tips and tricks of others and make our life a little easier.​

​

Accountability - Are you more likely to stay on track if you know someone is checking?  Most of us find having a person to go back to and check in with makes a huge difference to staying on track.

​

Packages

1 Months Coaching Package (4 sessions £200) – Get you started on your journey, finding out what you want and providing support as you travel the path.

​​

3 Month Coaching Package (12 sessions £494) - Great for getting you on your journey, embedding life long skills, and guidance along the path, so that you can then continue empowered.

​

Your very first session is an 1 hour and all sessions after that are 30 minutes.  Sessions are normally held weekly on zoom.

​
